How do I access the new system?

Before you can login to the new system, your profile must be created and activated. To create an account, use the link below the login portal named “Sign Up.” Then you’re ready to go!

To access the online giving module directly, you may use the login/link on this page. Or if you are already logged into the system, you may access online giving by logging in and clicking the “Give” button on the left of your screen (also ensure the “Give” tab is selected at the top).

What kind of gifts can I make online?

Currently, giving may be designated “General Budget” or “Missions and Outreach.” We believe this will meet the needs of almost all online giving requests, but additional designations may be made available as needed.

Making a one-time gift or setting up a reoccurring gift is pretty intuitive. Your address and contact information should be automatically populated in the form. We will only be accepting ACH payments for online giving.

Is it safe to enter and save my banking information?

Your security is very important to us. Giving through KennerConnect adheres to the industry standards of internet security. Your account information is managed by a nationally recognized online processing provider. At no point does any FBC Kenner staff member have access to your bank or routing number.

Can I view my giving history?

All giving (and giving schedules) may be monitored and managed by selecting the “Schedules/History” tab at the top of the page within the “Give” module of KennerConnect.

How can I access the old system and for how much longer?

ServiceU (our previous online giving provider) is no longer accessible for users. If you have any questions concerning your old account, please let us know. All future transactions will be made through KennerConnect.
